Main / "PROFLINK" modular system / Description

PROFLINK™ provides easy way to communicate a large number of 3G/HD/SD SDI/DVB-ASI signals over fiber-optical network. With just two types of reclocker modules (single-channel and dual-channel) to cover all I/O configuration options. Modules are auto-configurable by an inserted hot-swappable SFP. Up to 28 channels of E/O and/or O/E in a 1U rack. 3G/HD/SD SDI/DVB-ASI support with reclocking. RX’s input optical power, TX’s output optical power and wavelength are real-time monitored locally or by SNMP over Ethernet.
The optional 4/8-channel CWDM optical multiplexor/demultiplexor (1470~1610nm in 20nm increments) with wideband (1270~1360nm) upgrade port.
